The location really shines with easy access to both the beach and local attractions, making it perfect for exploring Valencia. The proximity to the Oceanographic centre and the City of Arts and Sciences turned sightseeing into a lovely stroll. I appreciated the view from my room, which overlooked the charming square and nearby church, providing a picturesque backdrop. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, keeping the room wonderfully cool. There was ample storage space, and the bed offered high comfort, setting me up for great nights of sleep. Breakfast featured a decent selection, with fresh orange juice, though arriving early was essential as food wasn't replenished often. Unfortunately, the dining options in-house were limited. I encountered a disappointing experience at the hotel restaurant with bland food one evening, prompting me to seek meals elsewhere. I dealt with a few cleanliness issues in the bathroom, specifically a noticeable stain that wasn’t addressed during my stay, which affected my overall comfort. Efficient laundry services would further enhance the guest experience. A little more attention to cleaning could elevate this hotel significantly. Despite some drawbacks, the value for money was commendable, especially considering the prime location.

The lunch we had was delish, and the rooftop views were a treat, especially during the Fallas fireworks. The jet bath was perfect after our 47-mile walk, and the staff were super helpful when they opened the rooftop for us to catch the stunning skyline.
Our initial room had some ripped blinds and no air con—thankfully, Carolina sorted us out quickly with a new room! Just a heads-up, the church bells are loud on Sundays, ringing away from 3am to noon, but everything else still shined!

Rooftop bar offers stunning views during sunsets.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few issues. The breakfast takeaway I arranged wasn’t ready on time, causing a lot of stress as I had to wait over 20 minutes. the air conditioning in the room was ineffective, making the space uncomfortably stuffy, especially since I was there during warm weather. Although the location was great near the marina, the noise from the square was quite disruptive when I tried to relax.

Couple delight with great views
We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, the bartender was friendly and it had a great panoramic view, perfect for sunset. the staff surprised us with a little something for our anniversary, that kind of attention is rare and felt personal.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for what you get, still acceptable.

great view but room needs updates
We enjoyed our double room with a wonderful view of the church, which added charm to our stay. The welcome drinks and congratulations on our anniversary from the talented receptionist were very thoughtful touches. The king bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, making for a relaxing stay overall. the city view from the room was spectacular, especially during the sunset.
Some areas could benefit from upgrades, like painting and new furniture.
